Chloride-free EntryTM works
cleaner, safer and faster.

People, pets and the planet love EntryTM — the first 100% CHLORIDE-FREE de-icer that melts snow and ice in as little as 30 seconds, while you watch. Entry outperforms granular chloride salts at no additional cost. Learn more.

Entry’s residue-free, liquid formula is safer for paws, plants, floors and metal. It’s better for your drinking water and the planet. Above all, it clears ice and snow from sidewalks, driveways and other outdoor surfaces quickly, before your eyes – before slips and falls can happen.

Why chloride-free?

Entry™ is the first ice melt that works clean and works fast without causing bigger problems.

Popular chloride melts get the job done — at a cost. Chloride burns paws, corrodes metal, kills plants, and alters our ecosystem and drinking water. Too often, de-icers claiming they’re pet-safe or eco-friendly aren’t, because they still contain chloride — which is harmful even in small amounts.

Sometimes seeing is believing…

We get it: Sometimes you just need to see how amazing something is to believe it. Watch Entry™ in action in these videos and see for yourself how quick and effective it is on ice and snow.

EntryTM provides more melt per gallon

Entry outperforms granular chloride salts at no additional cost, providing safety from slip and fall accidents while being safer for the environment, pets, concrete, metals, plants and lawns. Plus, Entry won’t track messy salt granules into your house, saving you time and money on cleanup! Entry. The smarter choice.

your home, and the planet.

The cold, hard truth on
other ice melts.

Avoid the performance vs. pitfalls trade-off with Entry™, which surpasses de-icer alternatives at every turn.

Urea

Urea won’t burn pets’ paws, but that’s where benefits end. It stops melting once the thermometer dips below 20 degrees Fahrenheit, and is terrible for the environment – even limited in many states.

Carbohydrate

Carbohydrate ice melts are derived from beets and potatoes. They leave behind stickiness (bad news for floors) and phosphorus (bad for the planet). They’re usually mixed with chloride, too.

Calcium

Don’t be fooled: Calcium is a chloride, with many of the same tradeoffs that come with sodium chloride rock salts.

No more waiting. No more worrying.

Get peace of mind against slips and falls and so much more with Entry™
